Pros

Some of the projects are interesting

Cons

* Very long working hours (the official working hours are from 8:30AM to 7:00PM!); on top of that, you would regularly have to stay late and work on weekends as deadlines are very tight * Salaries are very low and not competitive at all and bonuses are almost non-existent * Owner will micromanage every single project and would humiliate you from time to time * They claim they have around 10 people working there, but the fact is that they are not even 5; everybody leaves this company sooner rather than later * Working conditions are not good at all with computers with small screens and almost all, if not all, computer programs used (Excel, SQL Server, etc) are outdated and, worst, pirated * In essence, they are taking advantage of international students and exploiting them as much as they can

Pros

We get to work on very interesting problems, much harder than what I get at school. Even though I'm still in college, my colleagues treat me as if I had a PhD, just like them. This is awesome!! The company outing is a lot of fun. We got to go kayaking and rode in a fancy party bus complete with a giant TV and drinks.

Cons

The internship was too short! I didn't quite get to implement all the ideas I had.

Pros

•Interesting projects. •Good for a new graduate.

Cons

•Take advantage of international students. •Not for your career, it is just a job. •Salaries are way below the industry average. •Micromanage everything. •Software they are using are outdated and pirated (still using pirated 2007 excel as my last day in there!!!). •Wouldn't hire more people (always less than 5). •You need to know how to do analysis, ETL and infrastructure all by yourself since no IT team there. •No paternity leave. •No incentives. You do more if you know more but you won't have more bonus. •The manager (owner) is too stubborn to listen to other (employees and clients).
