From onboarding to test ordering, PTO to a non existent commission structure, Baylor does an excellent job setting their employees up for failure. Have a question about your new role? Need answers for clients? Don’t know who you can or cannot contact? No worries - it’s not written down anywhere so do your best to guess. And remember- never speak to anyone above you in the hierarchy. Direct communication is forbidden- you must channel all questions through your manager, who will then be routinely ignored by leadership. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that BG’s presence in America means the company operates with American values such as freedom and democracy.
