Pros

I worked in a corporate job, which most are fully remote. They do a good job keeping up with and communicating in a remote environment.

Cons

The work culture is one unlike any other. Some have said it's the Japanese influence. Checking the box on weekly tasks is prioritized over meeting long-term strategic goals that actually impact the business. Management is harsh and have no problems embarrassing you in a group setting. The company presents itself as forward thinking and collaborative, but the leadership style is very much "put your head down and do you what you're told."

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working remote. My direct management has been very clear about their expectations for my role. The workload is manageable. My coworkers are kind and passionate individuals who are always available to assist when I have questions.

Cons

The company has expanded so rapidly lately, and I’m uncertain what the future of my role will look like. New tasks are offloaded frequently to my team.

Pros

Ok medical insurance, not too expensive

Cons

Aggressive environment, everything is rule based, tight control over employees, multiple status reports to different lines of management on what you do weekly. No work and life balance, unreasonable expectations, have to work nights and weekends for a pay that's below average.
