Great cause, no work life balance - Anonymous employee Baycrest Hospital Employee Review

The pace of work at the foundation was highly unrealistic. Employees were praised for showing up to work while sick. For an organization in healthcare, this is not acceptable. Had some of the worst health of my life while working here - not a coincidence.
