      - Einbindung in verschiedene Projekte - Team war super nett - Tolle Führungskräfte, zumindest in dem Team in dem ich war - Gute Kantine - Gute ÖPNV Anbindung

      Cons

      - Extrem schlechte Kommunikation in der aktuellen Krisenzeit der BayWa - Unterdurchschnittliche Bezahlung (16 Euro /Stunde als Masterstudent ist für München echt schlecht) - Lange Prozesse weil nie klar ist, wer eigentlich für was verantwortlich ist - Sehr männerdominiert und konservativ
