      Pros

      Very laid-back work environment, everyone I worked with was super friendly and cooperative and was always willing to help me learn from my mistakes. Decent benefits (health, dental, 401k, etc)

      Cons

      Pay isn't as competitive as the cost of living in the area would really call for. Room for growth/advancement is incredibly limited. Promotions and bonuses come in the measurement of cents
