      - Free Coffee - Cool art to look at

      Cons

      - Very low pay - inept and complacent management - Heavy favoritism and mostly lazy managment - No real room for advancement - Bully management style - Concept of teamwork is thrown out the window as everyone is only concerned with keeping their position. This gets worse for the long term supervisors.
