People are great; pay is competitive; training is widely available as well as many opportunities to participate in the community; many opportunities to move up/around within the organization, as they propel more from within before hiring outside
Cons
Strict policies and regulations with very specific ways of doing things so if you’re not willing to learn or follow procedures 100% of the time, it may not be a good place for you
