      I met some really nice people and still friends with them after I quit

      Cons

      poor management, it's a male-dominated company and many of the salesmen do not treat you with respect, they talk down to you because they think they're better than you, the general manager is always angry

      Opportunity to earn $$$ is all in my control. Management is friendly and knowledgeable. Every day is completely different. Flexible schedule.

      Having to tell people I work at a car dealership, LOL.
