      Pros

      Friendly team oriented work environment. Very competitive with other mortgage lenders and is focused on customer service.

      Cons

      Loan officers roles are unmanaged and leads to an environment where other positions are managed not just by management, but by all officers. Elitist attitude towards other positions.

      Pros

      Compensation, support, culture. Bay Equity is an excellent place to work. There are a lot of long time employees.

      Cons

      It is owned by Redfin and will be going out of business soon, once Rocket Mortgage completes its acquisition of Redfin. Other than that, no cons.
