Pros

You will be exposed to a very large variety of technologies, from networking to all sorts of Microsoft applications and operating systems. You will also pickup some Mac skills as well. If you are like a sponge and feel you are lacking IT skills, you will be a strong tech after putting in a year at Bay

Cons

As mentioned, if you are a novice and can stick out a year at Bay, you will be a strong tech. Problem is, most techs that works there last a year if they are lucky. Management, or should I say, micromanagement runs rampant. The owner is always on the floor looking over peoples backs and listening in on calls to make sure things are going ok. The company has lost a lot of clients due to poor quality of service, and making promises that cannot be kept. Employees are not told their salaries are based on a 45 hour work week until the contract process begins, another sneaky move. When it comes to mileage compensation, you will only be compensated for half of your trip as they consider every client site a "branch office." As for all of the positive reviews on Yelp! and Glassdoor, these are all planted by staff members, so if you think these reviews are a little over the top, they are, because employees were forced to write them!
