Nice place to work - Front Desk Receptionist Bay Club Employee Review

During the internship they keep it super real and authentic with you, I felt comfortable asking questions and being open with my opinion. There was a lot of great industry partners with Bay Club who were able to speak with and educate us. Great at showing real examples at how the company runs. Their energy is amazing they were super positive, super energetic and super passionate.

I couldn't think of any cons, except for some issues with the laundry facilities.

I've learned to be more communicative with my coworkers and the guests that arrive while moderating the upkeep of our cafe space and completion of day-day tasks around our kitchen and cafe. You also get free membership access to the facilities gym and pools so you can come in anytime you want with an additional employee discount to use at the cafe or store

Sometimes guests will be rude and thats to be expected that you'll have to maintain your best customer service as this will be recognized by your higher ups and hopefully if things are settled with guests they come back
