      - Sometimes ambiguous roles and responsibilities, you must be VERY self driven - Certain bottlenecks exist within the company when trying to push projects through

      Pros

      Huge upside if able to build a pipeline and close. CEO is excellent and doesn't act out of panic.

      Cons

      Difficult market, niche and hard to break through the noise. The company is largely forced to go whale hunting as deals are few and far between.
