Pros

Benefits are good, good 401k, flex pro etc

Cons

The company will assist customers 10 fold what they will assist employees. They do not give their employees benefit of the doubt/ a chance to speak in regards to disgruntled customers etc. they assume the worst and believe everything the customer says and will write an employee up without even getting their side of the story.

Pros

Coworkers, great office managers, networking, great opportunity to gain entry level accounting experience.

Cons

I was pregnant during my time here and the benefits were a step up from my previous job. Maternity leave was not covered and depleted my PTO for what little was given. After I returned, I constantly had to take off when my baby was sick. No wfh capabilities and upper management wasn’t flexible. After I found a fully remote position (that also paid better with benefits) and put in notice, only then did they take it serious. Internal upgrades were set to take place later on and they wanted me to wait. Uppers mentioned a promotion to $70k/yr if I stay but when I demanded paperwork for it, the convo became more like chit chat. I did leave and that was the best decision I ever made. Many changes have occurred since my time there but I will never work for them again. All talk and typical scenes. Old references ghosted me when I reached out for advice. Says a lot about the characters that run this place. Baxter was a stepping stone for my career. They’ll use and abuse you. Typical sales mentality.
