I started as a dishworker in 1977 and am proud to be working with 300+ staffers at the Lodge side of the River now. Employees at any level have an opportunity to grow in the company and positions are promoted internally to provide opportunities before or simultaneously as being posted to outside sources. No politics in improving just having a great attitude, working hard and being a team player = opportunity.
