Horrible place to work lately - Engineer Bausch + Lomb Employee Review

Technicians have the place ruined ,on 80 to 120k a year to sit in the workshop watching Netflix and no one has the bottle to sort them out. Worst training department I have ever come across. Worst HR department ever set up , complete joke Worst Maintenance department as they dont do any. Operators on 50 k a year to use their phones and whining about a bonus that they got paid 10 grand each to give up and now want a strike , laughable. No new positions available just replacements for everyone thats bailing out.
