      Pros

      Working for a single owner, Bob Baumhower, was nice. Bob is a great guy and family oriented.

      Cons

      Bob Baumhower is very active in the day to day activity of each restaurant he owns. Be ready to report daily to Bob. Also know that when he sees something he thinks will work for his restaurants that he will implement it suddenly and when it doesn't quite work out the way he hoped he "punts" it. Seemed a common theme.

      Pros

      The people as far as workers are pretty nice. Not to stressful of a job .managment not to on your back about everything, which is good.

      Cons

      Doesn't give you a free meal to eat even though your at a restaurant . Not good people that come to eat ,most leave little to no tip at all .
