      Pros

      People who are passionate and committed. Location is great. I have nothing else good to say about the place sadly.

      Cons

      Shockingly low pay. The most incompetent HR department who are not qualified to deal with people issues. No investment in their staff. Shortsighted. No long term vision. Treat staff with a lack of respect. You're just a number to them. Their firewall dismisses this site as 'suspicious' blocking access.

      It can be profitable,its quick and easy,aswell as the convenience of picking your own posting time during designated hours

      Cons

      The commission earnings are small at first if u dont have money to invest into placing ads...but it builds with patients
