Pros
The other people at my employment level were great people, but that is a reflection of the area. The money was mediocre but regular and fairly dependable.
Cons
There were four managers for twenty employees per shift. It was so micro-managed, which wouldn't be a big deal if the managers weren't the epitome of corporate scum. The regional manager is a five foot tall little man that was the most condescending, racist, money-obsessed, angry, depressing, sad person I have ever met. He was the hall monitor in high school that got beat up all the time and had no friends and grew up to be a short restaurant monitor that had no friends. The rest of the company is just like a outback steakhouse with no advertising and not very impressive food. They spoon fed you sales speeches to give your tables and would sit in booths around you and scold you if you didn't use their exact words. Just what you expect from a midlevel corporation. Sad middle-aged high school graduates and complacent employees.
