Employees are not treated the same with regard to those that can make up time off. Favorites are given special treatment and others are told just to worry about themselves. Small minded company. Micromanaging is commonplace. The focus is on errors and mistakes that everyone makes. Instead of helping people grow. There is no room for growth in a small company like this. Management plays games. Very fake and unpleasant atmosphere.
