The mission is rewarding, knowing you are using your skills to literally change the world.
Cons
You are taught my the culture training that you can share your feedback and work hard and and be appreciated. However, they no longer practice what they preach. When big changes happen and you are asked for feedback and share it you are treated dismissively and like your feedback doesn't matter.
