Pros
Very interesting company and interesting work. Decent pay and terrific work/life balance.
Cons
Benefits including vacation, 401k, bonuses and pension have all been reduced or eliminated over the last few years. This used to be a great place to work. Very secure jobs, but not great anymore. They have laid off 100s of people over the last couple of years. Very slow moving company to get things done. A lot of bureaucracy.
