      Pros

      Benefits and pay have been good, and living in Idaho Falls means everything you need is close by. Lots of opportunity if you have an advanced degree.

      Cons

      You have to be able to deal with the fact that ultimately, what happens in Washington DC may directly impact whether you have a job next week.
