      They are open to feedback and promise change but it doesn’t change. This place is chaotic and will place you on 4+projects if you allow it.

      My favorite place to work. Felt like a family. Didn’t ever feel micromanaged. Felt very empowered.

      Cons

      The only cons I can give are those that you get with smaller companies - not a lot of room for growth and pay wasn’t the best.
