Pros
Most of the staff at the midcity campus are what makes working at brgmc an enjoyable experience. There is usually always a need for employee's. You can have fun outside of work with co-workers and come back to work and be professional.
Cons
The hospital suffers financially and the ER was on the verge of closing. The pay isn't all that great.
