      State job/benefits, helping community get access to education and/or skills

      Cons

      Extremely toxic, very unorganized. However, the LCTCS system as a whole is ran inefficiently. Very political, and hierarchical. Mid to lowel level employees deal with alot of passive coercion or blame shifting. No support or onboarding. Very clickish and mafia like.

      Knowing that you are helping students, relatively calm vibes, great attitudes among most coworkers, leadership really want what’s best for the students, staff and the community.

      Cons

      Processes aren’t as cleanly defined.
