Pros
I’ve been working at Baths R Us as a sales rep and have had a really positive experience so far. What stands out most is the management—my manager genuinely cares about how we’re doing both professionally and personally. There’s always an open-door policy, and you can tell they want the best for each of us. It creates a great team atmosphere and keeps morale high, even on tough days. The company itself is also solid. The culture is supportive, the pay is outstanding, and I’ve felt encouraged and valued since day one. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a sales role with strong leadership and a good work environment.
Cons
The only con, if that, would be travel from time to time, which is made clear about the position prior, but you are eligible for compensation on it.
