      Fast growing can mean some processes take time to hone, and this can then cause issues for those on the ground. SMT are always trying to make things better for everyone.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere & support, leadership team right to the top take on new ideas whilst still making clear what's expected of you. Salary and comp is very competitive and targets are fair. Had a great experience in Bathshack and would recommend to anyone. Plenty of social activities and also chances to make a difference to some great causes and charities.

      Cons

      No shorts in the uniforms :)

      Pros

      Really supportive team, management and easy to get along with everyone. You get good ownership over your work, which I personally enjoy. There’s a lot to learn, especially if you’re into ecommerce and problem solving. Also flexible enough to manage work and personal life without any much stress. Continuedly growing.

      Cons

      A bit more structure and a defined project management workflow would definitely help. It’s not a must-have right now, but having that in place would make things smoother and more efficient as the team and projects grow.
