Made Protective complaints to HR for AGE, Disability, and Religion discrimination and was retaliated. Requested FMLA and Wrongfully Laid-off to avoid being vested in 401k and pay thousands in commissions.

Minimal training but on the job training is really what it’ takes to learn this position. Most of the work 95% cold calls. Can’t get huge jobs in 1st year, it takes time to compete in the commercial industry. Did restructure and let good people go that were just starting to make contacts that would have led to huge impacts.
