Pros
- Hands on Directors - High profile projects. Clients that care about high quality design - Solid architects/ project leaders - Cares about quality (from design to construction) - Good office culture. Allow flexible working hours - Great knowledge sharing with different interest groups
Cons
- long working hours dependent on project - perceivably "conservative" design strategy, mostly driven by clients - mentoring is lacking at times - junior staff gets pigeon-hole like any large practices. Though this has improved in recent years.
