I genuinely like the entire company. Any thing that can be improved upon is currently in the works.

There are not a lot of pros. The rent discount is great if you decide to live onsite. Thankfully, I chose not to. In the beginning things were good. The owner let me make the property my own and run it successfully. Then she turned straight ugly.

Where do I start? Owner has no idea what she is doing when it comes to running a company. No one at corporate knows what they are doing and none have worked onsite before. The owner will tell you do to something, you do it, and then she completely forgets she told you to do it in the first place. Then you're in hot water for just doing your job. She plays favorites and isn't fair across the board. Their service animal policy is illegal. But the best is when she doesn't pay the bills for months and all the vendors stop working with you... which again turns out to be your fault. I am absolutely miserable working for her but just haven't found anything yet. Oh, benefits are the worst. Another thing, watch out for big red. Run!!!!!!
