Pros
Fun friendly environment. The job consists of mostly direct contact with customers so you have to be happy, cheery, and confident. If you love talking to people this job is you. Though it is laid back at times (especially the winter), the summer and holidays are busy so you have to be willing to work and a good worker!
Cons
When some new young kids are hired it is their first job, and they don't always have a wide range of skill sets. It was sometimes tough to make up for the slack when this happens during busy season.
