      Pros

      -CEO meets with new hires one-on-one, and actually remembers your name. -Overall good team collaboration and inclusion. -Volunteering/community involvement opportunities.

      Cons

      -Senior leadership will always protect each other. Favoritism is evident. -HR breaks confidentiality and will side with leadership. -Low priority on work/life balance. Burnout is often. People frequently work late hours; over weekends and holidays. -Pays the minimum. DO YOUR SALARY RESEARCH.
