Pros

The only real pro is that the role is 100% remote.

Cons

I was hired and let go within a few months. One of the CEOs directly oversaw the engineering organization, resulting in top-down decision-making with little room for team input. There was no structured onboarding process, and expectations were unclear from the start. Feedback was often dismissive, and micromanagement was constant. The leadership style fosters a hostile and disorganized work environment, with high turnover clearly visible across internal communication channels.

Pros

It's a start-up. Growth potential is exponential. I appreciated the transparency throughout the hiring process. This company knows what it's looking for in prospective hires, and your time isn't wasted. The team values input from everyone. The entire team is helpful and encouraging as you're learning the platform. Collaboration is encouraged. Remote-first work environment, focused on team growth.

Cons

It's a start-up. That's a "con" for some. To others, it's a huge opportunity.
