Pros

Free parking and dual salary payment (which helps the low income staffs)

Cons

1. CEO is the sole shareholder. His tagline is " this is my company, if u dont like, you can leave" 2. CEO will call for adhoc meeting after working hours, which can go till midnight or late morning (with no dinner) 3. CEO will not finish meeting on time and can drag for more than 3 hours 4. CEO micro manage things, and doesn't delegate. So everything must go through him 5. If you can't attend his meeting, you could receive warning letter 6. the ceo keeps past in his heart and brings it back everytime there's discussion. he never move on. 7. he's goes out of topic during the meeting, which also drags the meetings 8. There were 4 Finance Manager/Controllers came and went in 2019 itself. 9. If you argue with with fool, he will beat you by experience. This quote applies in this company 10. the company attracted lots of talent, unfortunately none could stay. Those who left(the brainy ones) are doing well in other corporation. The people whom is still there are the one whom lack of skills and has no other options to move. Generally, it's a modern day slavery. You can learn how to be a bad CEO in this company. It teaches lot's of leadership lessons here.

Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate that you feel this way but we appreciate you taking the time to share this. Attrition is a common challenge many companies face, it is not unique to us alone. However, with the upheaval created by the global pandemic that continues to affect businesses, families and communities even till today, our priority is to keep this business going well with minimal disruption and to retain all the jobs in place. Sometimes, it means working on things a little longer and a little more differently than expected. We are especially proud of our ability to meet all of our financial obligations to our employees. In the end, every leader has their own unique leadership style and we can appreciate that each person’s style will not appeal to everyone. That said, we appreciate the sentiments you’ve raised above and would be very open to carrying on a conversation about these issues should you be interested in doing so. We would love to hear any other ideas or questions you may have. Please feel free to reach us at +603 5565 6200 or email info@basisbay.com so we can set up a time to discuss. Thank you.
