The absolute mess, problems and fire fighting will give you a lot of opportunities to bring in improvements and change.

I have a lot to say, I won't. But I can't in good faith recommend ANYONE to join. Sorry.

Parking is free and water if free. That's pretty much about it.

- The colleagues are super toxic (especially the PA to the CEO). Colleagues will purposely give you wrong instructions so that you will look bad to the management. - Make sure all instructions are delivered in email (not any other forms of communication) in order to have documentation. CEO has a very bad habit of u-turning his instructions within 24 hours. Keep yourself safe by having documentation. - Be careful of the PA as she reports to the CEO on all your personal stories. These are told to the rest of the management behind your back. Never reveal anything personal to the colleagues in the company. - CEO is the downfall of this company with his attitude. Even ex-directors of the company sued the company because of broken promises. - Meetings with management are a waste of time as they start 2 hours late and at the end of the meeting, nothing gets solved. - CEO micromanages on the littlest thing. Even up to what color shirt you can/can't wear. Ridiculous. - All the good employees have left and are doing well. The ones who have stayed over a year are the ones who just exist there.
