      - CEO and Cofounders are great leaders and have brought incredible experience to the startup - Outcome-driven: you are trusted and given autonomy to do your job but with support from founding team when you need it - Entire team is supportive, kind and open (no politics) - Promising startup, backed by impressive VCs

      Nothing that isn't to be expected by a small team, or solved by growth through hiring for new roles.
