Pros
Company is owned by founders & mgmt, not VCs. So the pressure & direction of the company come from our same founders & C-level mgmt, not VCs, and we have great, intelligent, experienced, and empathetic leaders! Large percentage of employees have a very long tenure here. Diverse management team. Pay is very justified. The tech is cool, our customers possibly even cooler. Day to day / work life balance is in a phenomenal place here. Most all of the standard benefits (awesome health care, relaxed PTO policies, etc).
Cons
Some product lines are doing great (including mine!) and growing rapidly; the company overall continues to grow but not at a crazy silicon valley pace. No stock / 401k matching.
