Pros

Most employees are kind, intelligent and incredibly supportive, helping each other navigate a difficult and stressful environment.

Cons

Workload & Development: The current workload for junior staff is extremely high, with a heavy emphasis on administrative and project management tasks. Because the focus often leans toward output volume, there are limited opportunities for training or development. While the immediate team is incredibly supportive, onboarding relies heavily on colleagues stretching their own limited time to help. Work-Life Balance: Long hours, including routine evening and weekend work, are culturally expected, leading to burnout and a lack of focus on employee well-being. Management Culture: Promotion pathways are subjective, with noticeable differences in how standards are applied to different employees. This is mirrored in the company’s high turnover. Workplace Communication: The day-to-day communication style from management is often stressful and critical rather than encouraging. A lack of professional respect in how feedback is delivered heavily affects team morale and severely impacts individual confidence and work ability.

Pros

Great team - supportive, friendly, knowledgeable. Good work-life balance and great projects.

Cons

Not so much of a con as just a fact - the learning curve is steep but you learn A LOT and once you're over it, you're in a great position.

Pros

Interesting clients means interesting projects to work on.

Cons

First red flag was on day one when I realized that there was ZERO training so I had to feel my way around processes and what was expected from the various teams. Speaking of teams, they are all silo'd and competing for revenue so there is no sense of real collaboration. Toxic environment with too much micro-management from execs who don't respect valuable input or POV dif from their's. Several recruiters mentioned the company is known to churn new employees every 6-8 months.
