Good pay and benefits. In 20 words that is all I have to say. They are misguided that the military way is the most cost effective way to do business.

Cons

Stand around half the day waiting for work. Not rewarding.

Work 7 to 3:30 and usually have my weekends off. They take time to invest in the employees and don't mind paying a good wage.

Cons

It is not at the base of the Big Horn Mountains.
