Pros
I worked at this company for over three years, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Before joining, people make a lot of promises and create an image of a supportive and growth-oriented workplace. However, once you become part of the organization, you realize that you're stuck in a cycle of empty commitments. Management promises many positive changes and opportunities, but very little actually materializes.
One of the biggest issues is accountability. Whenever you try to raise concerns or discuss problems, you're often told that you're speaking to the wrong person and are redirected elsewhere. Even managers seem to have limited authority, as major decisions appear to be predetermined by senior leadership. It often feels like employees are given false hope rather than genuine solutions.
There is also a lack of proper systems and transparency. Decisions are not consistently based on documented processes or policies. Instead, everything seems to depend on the preferences of the owner and a select few individuals in leadership. The management structure feels weak, and employees are left without clarity or support.
If you're looking for learning opportunities or professional growth, this may not be the right place. The work environment is dominated by blame games and internal politics. The politics often start at the top levels of leadership, while those working on the ground are the ones who ultimately suffer—through lost time, unfair treatment, and inadequate compensation for their efforts.
Overall, my three-year journey here taught me more about surviving workplace politics than developing professionally. I genuinely hope the company addresses these issues, because employees deserve transparency, accountability, and an environment where promises are backed by actions.
