This company gave me one of the worst work experiences of my life. From day one, the environment was heavy, unprofessional, and poorly managed. The expectations were completely unrealistic, and they never clearly explained them. After just a few weeks on the job, with almost no proper training, feedback, or support, they suddenly told me "You didn't meet our expectations" and ended the contract. It felt like they treat people like machines, if you're not 100% perfect in a few weeks, they throw you out. Pros? Almost none. The salary was average, but it wasn't worth the stress, lack of job security, and unprofessional behavior. No real onboarding, unclear processes, and it seemed like they were just looking for cheap labor to use and discard with any excuse. If you're looking for stability, respect, and a professional workplace, do not join this company. A few weeks is enough to realize how disorganized and ruthless they are with new employees.
