In any company communication is always an achilles heel. Whilst Basebone's communication has improved, it could be better, and its staff must remember that there are other offices to engage with. There is nothing wrong in picking up the phone and asking a question, ultimately improving on collaboration.

Its a young, energetic and vibrant company, the main office is in Marbella with smaller satellite offices scattered around. The office is funky and there is a real entrepreneurial feel to the place, your opportunity to grow is only limited by your imagination and capabilty. Its a young company and the main office does have a really social vibe. Benefits are great, including a short day Friday to start your weekend and free lunches. They may not always get it right it terms of staff initiatives, but the aim is there to be the best employer around.

There is working at pace and feeling manic, Basebone balances between them. Some of the techies felt the technology wasn't "current " enough. Most of the managers are pretty new to leading, so culture isn't always consistent across the business, they are keen to get it right though.
