The support, the culture, and the opportunities for growth are undoubtedly pros! The clinical director and assistant clinical director genuinely cater their approach to each unique employee. The therapist genuinely care about and show up for each other.

The acuity of patients (should be expected at PHP/IOP level of care), busy schedule, and many changes (requires flexibility & resilience).

Great team! Values are lived out. Policy is clear and program is the best there is. Pay is decent.

Little PTO and hard to use. Benefits are expensive and not great. Massive workload. People who speak up about unsustainablity are labeled “not BasePoint people”.
