      Pros

      none at all. If you are out of work and this is the only u have , then something is better than nothing. but if u r looking for a good opportunity, then please stay away from this.

      Cons

      No connection between management and the contractors. Its a good place to work only for the people who work at their HQ. HR dept , management etc. They neglect and forget about all the contractors who work for them at various client locations.

      Pros

      The BTI staff is very fun - it's a young crowd in mid-to-late 20s. You are able to make lots of connections with government employees. Great benefits package.

      Cons

      There is a major divide between the government and contractors. The work is monotonous and feedback is rare. Mediocre pay compared to others doing the same work for other contractors.
