Cons
1. Pay package is less to average for all employees. Also appraisals are 5 to 10 % all the times and all argument for progress goes vain. 2. No new technologies is being implemented like spring, hibernate, etc. They have their own framework. 3. Bad management decisions which impacting employees in a bad way. 4. Salary is deducted if feedback not entered for the day 5. Managers dont know how to manage projects and employees 6. No work life balance
