Pros
Base is an outstanding company! Everything there is in place as it supposed to be. You can learn about the whole process of one product, about how it is developed with all the new requirements and features until the time it is released to the customers. It is like that because we have a lot of different positions and everyone is focused on their own specialty. We have a lot of collaboration and fun - that makes the team perfect. For my point of view as a developer I found Base as company that cares for their employees. At the beginning, they gave me time to learn about the product and the project. All my colleagues helped to get knowledge everything, which I find as a key factor. We help each other, share our experience, give advices which make our work very easy and progressive. Because of that reason, my knowledge as a programmer is increasing with every new day as never before. The structure there is flat and you can reach anyone at anytime. They are all available and open for any question. Even though I am from Bulgaria I feel my colleagues as my family. I found out that Base is my DREAM company that I have always wished for.
