Pros
Base (previously Crowdvocate) is a great company to work in. The company has a compelling story, a strong and talented management and a clear vision on how to become "top of the class" in its market. I personally feel very connected to the company's strategy to lead the customer led growth market, and see the transparency towards the employees. I love my manager, she's the best person to learn from and grow with and my team is super united and cooperative. The energy in the company is super positive and friendly and I see the amazing collaboration we have a company every day!

As any start-up, best practices and methods of work are still in process but at the same time it's a great opportunity to influence the company's structure and future.
