1. Good place 2 learn work (you should learn on your own). 2. Supportive management -- personally very helpful people 3. If you work, u'll definitely get recognition, hike, promotion etc 4. No Politics @ all.

1. Can't expect salaries on time 2. Company's financial situation is not good 3. You can get fired when ever company feels like firing.
