The pay is lower than average for the industry and this area. Lack of opportunity to advance within the organization. The management staff is great to work with, but the board of directors can be difficult. The staff that were required to attend board meetings used to have anxiety and fear on the days of board meetings because of how mean the board members could be during the meeting. The board was not professional.
